Inside Intelligence, Inc. provides its client with a domestic and international investigative capability through active collaboration with former federal law enforcement and intelligence officers and the law enforcement community.

At the corporate level, i2 performs due diligence investigation on individuals as well as companies to ensure that our clients are protected in planned mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in the US and abroad. This includes banking information and tracing financial assets worldwide. When required, I2 can also provide tailored sensitive investigations, security counter, measures (SCM) polygraph and document examination, computer forensics and technical surveillance support.

In addition, i2 performs discrete background investigations on individuals to include asset searches and covert database searches on: criminal convictions, civil litigation, judgments, liens, property holdings, residence history, vehicles, business licenses, professional accreditation/disciplinary actions, corporate associations/positions, domestic violence, divorce records, and banking information.

Lastly i2 provides consulting services to its clients regarding the seriousness of economic espionage threat, and recommends protective strategies designed to counter it. In addition, i2 introduces and familiarizes our clients with the applicable state and federal laws, such as the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 and the Foreign Corruption Practices Act (FCPA) to ensure that our clients meet the “reasonable measures” test for the protection of proprietary information established by American courts, thereby, facilitating the successful pursuit of civil litigation as well as the prosecution of criminal conduct.
